Abstract:
BACKGROUND: The detection of significant levels of tryptase in human seminal plasma and follicular fluid and of tryptase-positive mast cells (MCs) in the wall of human Fallopian tubes lead us to hypothesize that tryptase may exert regulatory actions on human spermatozoa.
