Abstract:
Since seven years, the 23-year-old woman suffered from severe dysphagia and cutaneous Candida-granulomas on the right side of the head, the nose and both hands. The therapy with different oral antimycotics was ineffective. Intravenously and orally administered high-dose fluconazole has induced healing of the mucocutaneous lesions.
