Abstract:
Multispectral optoacoustic tomography (MSOT) offers the potential to image in high-resolution cells tagged with optical labels. In contrast to single wavelength imaging, multispectral excitation and spectral unmixing can differentiate labeled moieties over tissue absorption in the absence of background measurements.
