Diese Dissertation untersucht die Aufbauorganisation von Bauprojekten auf der Grundlage organisationstheoretischer Ansätze. Unter Anwendung des kybernetischen Regelkreises werden in einer Aufgabenanalyse Leistungen der Organisationsplanung, Steuerung und Leitung erarbeitet und in werkvertraglich formulierten Leistungsbildern zusammengefasst. Die Leistungen werden den Leistungsträgern in unterschiedlichen Projektorganisationsformen zugeordnet, um Konsequenzen dieser Projektorganisationsformen für den Bauherrn aufzuzeigen.     «

This thesis investigates the organizational structure of construction projects based on organizational theory approaches. Using the cybernetic control loop, the tasks for planning of the project organization, for the supervision of the production processes and for the decision-making processes of the owner are developed and structured as different schedules of services. These tasks are finally assigned to the respective service providers formulating prototypes of project organization to clarify consequences for the owner.     «
