Abstract:
When dealing with lightweight structures in civil engineering one of the effects that has to be taken into account is their dynamic excitation due to wind. Since this problem can hardly be dealt with in an experimental manner, a partitioned fluid-structure interaction can be conducted to describe the behaviour of such a problem.
