Abstract:
Lysine deacetylase inhibitors (KDACis) are approved drugs for cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL), peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL), and multiple myeloma, but many aspects of their cellular mechanism of action (MoA) and substantial toxicity are not well understood.
