Abstract:
Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) provides the transcriptome of individual cells and addresses previously intractable problems including the central nervous system's transcriptional responses during health and disease. However, dissociating brain cells is challenging and induces artificial transcriptional responses.
