Die Einführung von Lean Development ist ein komplexer soziotechnischer Prozess, der bisher in mittelständischen Unternehmen nicht umfassend untersucht wurde. Im Rahmen einer empirischen Untersuchung wurden drei industrielle Einführungsprozesse begleitet. Die Modellierung dieser Prozesse und der anschließende qualitative Vergleich erlauben die Identifikation relevanter Aspekte. Aufbauend auf dem derart generierten Erklärungsansatz werden Handlungsempfehlungen für den Einführungsprozess in Form von Prinzipien und einem Einführungsschema formuliert.     «

The introduction of Lean Development represents a complex socio-technical process which has yet not been examined comprehensively within the context of small and medium-sized enterprises. During the course of an empirical study, three separate processes introducing Lead Development were observed. The modeling of these processes and their subsequent qualitative comparison allows for the identification of relevant aspects. Based on this explanatory approach guidelines for the introduction process are formulated including principles and an introduction framework.     «
