In the first part of the work, important parameters for the calculation of the heating energy
demand of buildings are collected and explained. In this context, constructional, climatic
and user-oriented default data are collected.
In the second part of the thesis, the data on the building stock of the Munich Building
Department are evaluated within the framework of a parameter study. For this purpose,
user-dependent energetic characteristic values are formed. Furthermore, a regression
analysis is carried out. The energetic behavior of space heating, hot water and electricity
is examined in relation to the size of the building. It is found that a regression is present
in 42 out of 60 tests. Overall, there is a weighted average regression of -16% for space
heating, -18% for hot water and -13% for electricity. The percentages are based on a
comparison of the average building size and twice the average building size per utility
type. Thus, energetic advantages could be determined for larger buildings.
