Abstract:
Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs) are circuits which extract a device dependent secret from inherently available manufacturing variations. This work focuses on evaluating the quality of such circuits regarding intra-die correlations, because canonical quality metrics for PUFs do not sufficiently cover them.
