Abstract:
Diese Dissertation ergründet die soziotechnische Transformation der Automobilität durch Technikzukünfte des autonomen Fahrens. Die Analyse von Vereindeutigungen arbeitet den prozessualisierenden Umgang mit der paradoxen Gleichzeitigkeit disruptiver Neuerung und tradierender Technikentwicklung heraus. Anstatt den Fokus auf Disruption oder Tradierung zu legen, wird vorgeschlagen soziotechnische Transformation als iterativen Prozess zu verstehen, der einer alternativen Governance bedarf.
Translated abstract:
This dissertation investigates the sociotechnical transformation of automobility through the lense of techno-futures of autonomous driving. The analysis of disambiguations carves out the dealing with the paradox simultaneity of disruptive innovation and linear development. Instead of focusing on disruption or linearity, this study proposes to understand sociotechnical transformation as an iterative process that requires an alternative governance.
