Titel:
Morphology of dromedary camel oocytes and their ability to spontaneous and chemical parthenogenetic activation
Abstract:
An average of 11.3 ± 0.3 COCS were collected from dromedary ovaries. The majority of them representing
categories 1 and 2. Embryos-like structures represented
1.2% of the recovered COCs from ovarian follicles, and
after staining they contain more than one nucleus,
indicating that dromedary oocytes may have the ability
to spontaneous parthenogenetic activation in vivo. Chemical activation of IVM dromedary oocytes in E D Ca D enhances cleavage rate and development to the morula stage compared with in vitro fertilized or that activated in E CHX or Ca CHX
