Abstract:
To examine a retroviral gene transfer to chondrocytes in vitro and in vivo in tissue-engineered cell-collagen constructs articular chondrocytes from rabbits and humans were isolated and transduced with VSV.G pseudotyped murine leukemia virus-derived retroviral vectors.
