Treatment of multiple organ failure frequently requires enhanced hemodynamic monitoring. When renal replacement is indicated, it remains unclear whether transpulmonary thermodilution (TPTD) measurements are influenced by renal replacement therapy (RRT) and whether RRT should be paused for TPTD measurements.
