Abstract:
To determine the effect of no-slip and free-slip boundaries on turbulent structures, a monopole Lamb Oseen vortex was numerically simulated in a mixed and no-slip bounded quadratic domain. A series of 49 simulations was performed in different stages of turbulence and with varying initial vortex center positions.
