BACKGROUND: Effective management of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) demands vigilant monitoring and treatment, given the risks of complications such as cerebral vasospasm and delayed ischemic neurological deficits (DINDs). Transcranial transmission ultrasound (TTUS) is a well-established technique for assessing brain pulsatility.
