Abstract:
In a systematic analysis of the basic landscape in the food sector in the greater Munich area, a total of 51 "food start-ups" founded between 2014 and 2016 were identified in 2017. In 2020, a follow-up survey of the food start-ups at that time was conducted and additionally all new start-ups between 2017 and 2019 were recorded.
