Abstract:
Proteomic biomarker discovery using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue requires robust workflows to support the analysis of large cohorts of patient samples. It also requires finding a reasonable balance between achieving a high proteomic depth and limiting the overall analysis time.
