Abstract:
True orthophoto has been widely used in various urban applications. However, building boundaries are difficult to be precisely located in the generation of true orthophotos. This paper proposed an improvement method for true orthophoto generation by using 3D line segments of building boundaries. 3D boundary lines are extracted by fusing airborne LiDAR data and imagery.
