Abstract:
Thermal building textures can be used for detection of damaged and weak spots in the building structure. These textures can be extracted from airborne infrared (IR) image sequences by projecting the 3D building model into the images. However, the direct georeferencing is often not sufficiently accurate and the projected 3D model does not match the structures in the image.
