Abstract:
BACKGROUND: Palbociclib improves outcomes for women with hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2- ABC). Dose reductions are recommended for the management of hematologic toxicities.
