Abstract:
IBMR is a method that treats reviews of models as a continuous activity which integrates review feedback into rationale management, reducing review related communication peaks and enabling structured externalization of review knowledge. The method has been implemented as a framework for software engineering projects and validated in two exploratory case studies, demonstrating its feasibility, specifically for improving documentation quality, and feedback traceability and coverage.
