Sie hat zum Ziel, Besonderheiten von Cloud-Services entlang unternehmerischer Beschaffungsprozesse herauszuarbeiten und eine darauf abgestimmte Methode zur Analyse von Cloud-Services bereitzustellen, die CSQA-Methode. Dafür werden wissenschaftliche Arbeiten analysiert, Expertenwissen mittels Interviews erhoben sowie die Gestaltungselemente und Konstrukte der CSQA-Methode den Techniken des Method Engineering folgend abgeleitet und exemplarisch ausgeführt. Damit adressiert diese Arbeit Unschärfe in der Beschaffungsforschung und bietet Unternehmen Handlungsempfehlungen an.     «

The hesitant demand by companies in Germany for the increasing number of cloud services on offer raises questions. This dissertation starts with the objective of identifying the distinctive characteristics of cloud services along with their procurement processes. It then focusses on the objective of providing an adaptable method for analysing cloud services—the Cloud Service Quality Analysis (CSQA) method. Therefore, scientific literature is reviewed, expert knowledge is gathered using interviews, and the CSQA method is derived as well as exemplarily used following the techniques of method engineering. In doing so, this work addresses precision in procurement research and provides recommendations for companies who procure cloud services.     «
