Der Untersuchungsgegenstand dieser Dissertation ist die Gestaltung der Organisation im Rahmen der Projektrealisierung. Die Gestaltung der Organisation auf Grundlage und zur Erreichung der im Rahmen der Projektentwicklung definierten Ziele ist eine der wesentlichen Aufgaben des Bauherrn. Hierbei stehen ihm unterschiedlich Organisationsstrukturen zur Verfügung. Die Untersuchung der Organisationsformen erfolgt auf den allgemeinen Grundlagen der Organisationstheorie sowie der kybernetischen Grundlagen zur Steuerung und Regelung von Prozessen. Ziel ist die Erarbeitung von quantifizierbaren Einflussfaktoren, welche eine Differenzierung der unterschiedlichen Organisationsformen hinsichtlich deren Eignung zur Zielerreichung erlauben.      «

This dissertation investigates the organizational design for the realization of a construction project. The organizational design in consideration of the defined objectives is one of the fundamental tasks that have to be done by the principal. Essential organizational forms the principal can therefore choose are general constructor or multiple prime. The organizational forms were analyzed on basis of general organizational theory and cybernetic model for controlling processes. Objective of the research is the definition of factors of influence making it possible to differentiate the different organizational forms in reference to their applicability to fulfill the defined objectives.     «
