Abstract:
This article reports the case of a 32-year-old female patient who presented with severe spasmodically occurring retrobulbar pain, headaches and light sensitivity. The neurological examination confirmed cephalalgia but no evidence of other neurological symptoms was found. Ophthalmoscopy revealed yellowish patchy lightened spots in the middle periphery.
