Abstract:
In this thesis the oscillatory electrodissolution of silicon is investigated. We systematically study and classify the different types of oscillations and identify high amplitude oscillations in the voltage drop across the electrode as a unified class of oscillations present under po- tentiostatic, galvanostatic and mixed control.
