Abstract:
Angiogenesis plays a central role in tumor growth and metastasis and tyrosine kinases are crucial in the modulation of growth factor signaling. Several side effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitors have been reported, including diarrhea due to pancreatic insufficiency.
