Kurzfassung:
Intralogistikmitarbeiter weisen ein hohes Risiko für Arbeitsunfähigkeit aufgrund von Muskel-Skelett-Erkrankungen auf. Jobrotation ist eine mögliche Maßnahme der Krankheitsprävention, da sich durch das Tauschen der Aufgabenprofile die Belastung eines Mitarbeiters verändert. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden eine Methode zur Bewertung der Belastung des Muskel-Skelett-Systems für Aufgabenprofile in der Logistik bei Jobrotation sowie eine Methodik zur Einführung von Jobrotation entwickelt.

Workers in intralogistics are at high risk of being incapacitated for working because of musculoskeletal disorders. Job rotation is a possible prevention option, as the physical exposure of workers varies with the interchange of task profiles. This thesis presents a method to quantify the exposure of the musculoskeletal system for task profiles in logistics which incorporate job rotation and a methodology for the implementation of job rotation.
