Abstract:
Postsurgical adhesion formation is a common but significant problem. This is the first clinical evaluation of a new barrier material designed to reduce or eliminate postsurgical adhesions. SprayGel can be delivered laparoscopically or via laparotomy to form a strongly adherent hydrogel film.
