Abstract:
This study was to investigate the effects of human insulin and insulin glargine on proliferation of T24 human bladder cancer cells and the implication of the PI3K/Akt and MEK/ERK1/2 pathways.After exposure to insulin or glargine at the indicated concentrations for certain time courses, in the absence or presence of inhibitor for MEK (PD98059) or PI3K (LY294002), T24 cell proliferation was evaluated by CCK-8 assay.
