Abstract:
To report two cases with very late-onset scarring of the cornea after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) induced by cataract surgery.Case report and literature review.Two patients presented with a subepithelial corneal scar more than 20 years after PRK. Scarring occurred within the first few months after cataract surgery.
