Abstract:
The benefit of a transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) can differ in patients, and therapy bears severe risks. High-degree aortic stenosis can lead to cardiac damage such as diffuse myocardial fibrosis, evaluable by extra-cellular volume (ECV) in CMR.
