Transparenz über die eingesetzten Prozesse, deren kennzahlenbasierte Bewertung sowie die Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sind die Basis zur weiteren Effizienzsteigerung. Im Rahmen der Arbeit wird daher ein modulares Kennzahlensystem für die Automobillogistik entwickelt. Dieses basiert auf einem Prozessbaukasten, um eine unternehmensübergreifende und standardisierte Anwendbarkeit zu ermöglichen. Nowadays, lean logistics is wide spread across the automotive industry. A continuous improvement of efficiency requires transparency over process, a KPI-based evaluation as well as the support of continuous improvement initiatives. Therefore, a modular performance measurement system is developed taking the automotive logistics context into account. The system is based on a modularization of the logistics process to enable standardization and application across companies.
