Abstract:
Expression of ZAP-70 in a subset of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) positively correlates with the absence of immunoglobulin heavy-chain gene (IGHV) mutations and is indicative of a more active disease and shorter treatment-free survival.
