Abstract:
Peripherally-induced regulatory T cells (pTregs) expressing the retinoic acid receptor-related orphan-receptor gamma t (RORγt) are indispensable for intestinal immune homeostasis. Nuclear factor kappa family members regulate the differentiation of thymic Tregs and promote their survival in the periphery.
