Kurzfassung:
Blunt force trauma is common in forensic practice, yet its objective evaluation remains challenging. Based on findings from drop tower experiments, this work develops a constitutive model for subcutaneous adipose tissue that links microstructural behaviour to macroscopic response under blunt impact. The model is verified and validated analytically and numerically. Coupled with quasi-linear viscoelasticity, the model advances simulation-based analysis of blunt force trauma.
