Wir verglichen die Messgenauigkeit der unkalibrierten Pulskonturanalyse des FloTrac/Vigileo (Edwards Lifesciences, Version 1.07) und der initial einmalig kalibrierten Pulskonturanalyse des PiCCOplus (Pulsion) durch Messungen bei 14 kritisch kranken Patienten über 24 h mit transpulmonalen Thermodilutionswerten des PiCCO (Referenz).
