- Magnetic Field Dependence of the Specific Heat of {{Sr3Ru2O7}}
- Abstract:
- We present a detailed study of the specific heat of single crystals of the bilayer ruthenate Sr3Ru2O7 in the range 1.5\textendash{}30K for magnetic field up to 14T. While we do not explore the very low-temperature regime, our data establish the existence of strongly field-dependent contributions that are clearly connected with the itinerant metamagnetism in Sr3Ru2O7 below 1K.
