In the present study, circulating cell-free tumor DNA (ctDNA) in peripheral blood of patients with advanced B-cell lymphomas was analyzed by a combination of next generation sequencing (NGS) and digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR). Quantification and visualization of the time course of the mutation load from the blood was performed, as well as a comparison of the mutation profile in the blood with that of an initial tissue biopsy in addition to the classification of the data in the clinical and image morphological context.
