- Angiogenese ist entscheidend für die Wundheilung. Hier wurde überprüft, ob hypoxische Präkonditionierung von Blutzellen (hypB) und ihre Verdünnung Angiogenese in vitro im Aortic Ring Assay und im Tube Formation Assay aktiviert. Verdünntes hypB zeigte eine Überlegenheit gegenüber den unverdünnten normoxischen Vergleichsgruppen. Die Konzentrationsveränderungen von pro- und anti-angiogenen Wachstumsfaktoren eröffnet neue Einblicke in die Grundlagen der Angiogenese und Wundheilung.

- Angiogenesis is crucial for wound healing. Here, we tested whether hypoxic preconditioning of blood cells (hypB) and its dilution activates angiogenesis in vitro in the aortic ring assay and the tube formation assay. Diluted hypB showed superiority over the undiluted normoxic comparison groups. The concentration changes of pro- and anti-angiogenic growth factors open new insights into the basis of angiogenesis and wound healing.
