Peyronie’s Disease is a benigne but devastating illness of the penis. In severe cases grafting is the preferred approach to correct penile curvature. In this study self-adhesive collagen fleece TachoSil® was used to close the defect after partial excision at the tunica albuginea. Various autologous and non-autologous grafts are commonly used, still an ideal graft is yet to be identified. This study evaluates collagen fleece as a novel graft. The results showed a high rate of straightness, satisfaction, ability to have intercourse, preserved penile length and low rate of novel erectile dysfunction in the long-term course, qualifying collagen fleece as an alternative to commonly used grafts.
