- Lipofilling wird besonders im Rahmen der Brustrekonstruktion eingesetzt. Größter Schwachpunkt ist die Unvorhersehbarkeit des Fett-Überlebens, mangels Evidenz in der Literatur. - Lipofilling is particularly used in breast reconstruction. The biggest weakness is the unpredictability of fat survival due to a lack of evidence in the literature. The aim of the investigations was to detect factors influencing the absorption rates. The average fat retention was just under 55%.
