- Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war die Untersuchung von verschiedenen Verfahren zur Primärdiagnostik des Antiphospholipid Syndroms (APS), v.a. aber die Analyse der bei dieser Autoimmunerkrankung im Serum vorkommenden ß2-Glycoprotein I (ß2-GPI) Antikörper.
