Abstract:
Vascular remodelling is a complex phenomenon associated with restructuring of the vessel wall as a consequence of disruption of vascular homeostasis. Alterations of the vascular wall have been linked to a variety of cardiovascular disorders including atherosclerosis, vascular injury and pulmonary hypertension.
