- Vorliegende Dissertation ist eine systematische Übersichtsarbeit und Metaanalyse randomisierter Studien über anticholinerge Nebenwirkungen von Antipsychotika im Vergleich zu Placebo in der Akutbehandlung der Schizophrenie. Als primäres Outcome wurde die Anzahl der Patienten mit mindestens einer anticholinergen Nebenwirkung, als sekundäre Outcomes wurden Obstipation, Akkommodationsstörung, Harnverhalt oder Mundtrockenheit untersucht. Eine Subgruppenanalyse und Metaregression wurden angeschlossen.

- The following dissertation is a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized studies on anticholinergic side effects of antipsychotic drugs compared to placebo in the acute treatment of schizophrenia. The primary outcome was the number of patients with at least one anticholinergic side effect, the secondary outcomes were constipation, blurred vision, urinary retention or dry mouth. A subgroup analysis and meta-regression were followed.
