This thesis presents the results of a survey among healthcare professionals (medical doctors, psychologists/psychotherapists, psychosocial therapists, caregivers). It examines the implementation status of the current German S3 guideline for schizophrenia published in 2019 and four key recommendations, attitudes towards the concept of a living guideline, the barriers and facilitators to guideline adherence for both the classic print version of the German schizophrenia guideline and the concept of a living guideline, and healthcare professionals’ preferences for using living guidelines.     «

Diese Doktorarbeit präsentiert die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage von Beschäftigten im Gesundheitswesen (Ärzte/Ärztinnen, Psycholog:innen/Psychotherapeut:innen, Psychosozialen Therapeut:innen, Pflegefachkräfte). Es werden der Implementierungsstand der aktuellen deutschen 2019 veröffentlichten S3-Leitlinie für Schizophrenie und von vier Schlüsselempfehlungen als auch die Einstellung zum Konzept einer „Lebenden Leitlinie“, sogenannte „Living Guidelines“, untersucht. Darüber hinaus werden Barrieren und förderliche Faktoren von Leitlinienadhärenz für die Printversion der Schizophrenie Leitlinie und einer „Living Guideline“ sowie die Präferenzen der Beschäftigten im Gesundheitswesen bei der Anwendung von „Living Guidelines“ dargestellt.     «
