INTRODUCTION: Intraosseous malformations are rarely reported in the maxillofacial area. Because of bone growing processes, it is still a challenge to find the appropriate way to treat this disorder. The gold standard treatment for arteriovenous malformation is an endovascular embolization, combined with surgery.
