This dataset contains raw data and analysis outputs of magnetic resonance imaging, NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and histology being performed within the studies for the respective publication. The datasets are grouped into folders according to the respective figures in the manuscript and the supplement. descriptions of data collection and analysis procedures can be found in the manuscript.

All Data was acquired in laboratories of the TUM according to the protocols provided in the publication
