- This open-label, multicentre phase I/II study determined the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), safety and efficacy of clofarabine administered with cytarabine and idarubicin in newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) patients lacking favourable genetic aberrations.
