OBJECTIVE: Cancer diagnosis, treatment side effects and physical inactivity can lead to reduced muscle strength. Patients undergoing acute treatment experience many burdens that can restrict their mobility and autonomy, leading to limited independence and loss of resources to cope with everyday tasks.
